Movement & Mobility Series:
Free the Hips to Lengthen the Spine

A small-group class blending yoga-based postures with functional movement and somatic awareness.

Together, we'll explore how the hips support the spine, how tension patterns influence posture, and how creating freedom at the base of the body can restore length and fluidity above.

In this session, you'll focus on:

• Releasing stored tension in the hips

• Improving joint range of motion

• Supporting spinal length and decompression

• Cultivating balance, coordination, and functional strength

This is not a fast-paced workout.

It's a thoughtful, exploratory practice designed to deepen awareness and refine how you move.
Expect moments of stillness, deliberate movement, and space to observe what your body is communicating.

Because the group is limited to 5 participants, you'll receive individualized guidance and subtle corrections tailored to your body.

You'll leave feeling more organized, more spacious, and more at home in your structure.

  • Yoga mat, yoga block, and yoga strap. Having your own props allows you to continue practicing what you learn at home with confidence.

  • Wear comfortable, moveable clothing that allows you to stretch, bend, and transition with ease.
