Attuning Into You

A 21-day journey to attune your nervous system and return to the wisdom your body has carried all along

This course is for anyone who wants to
feel calmer, more grounded,
and more connected to themselves.

It isn’t a quick fix or another temporary stress hack.

Across 21 days, you’ll move through simple, accessible daily practices that help your body shift out of overwhelm and into a more attuned, steady state. Through guided teachings, somatic tools, and embodied exercises, you’ll learn to understand your body’s cues, respond instead of react, and build a more regulated internal foundation.

Attuning Into You gives you a rhythm your nervous system can trust
— and a pathway back to yourself.

WHAT THIS IS

Your nervous system affects everything — how you handle stress, how you make decisions, how much energy you have, and how safe you feel in your own body. Most of us live in a constant state of “on,” and we don’t even realize it.

The good news?

Your body already knows how to regulate and heal itself.
It just needs the right support and the right conditions to do so.

Attuning Into You creates those conditions.

This isn’t something you simply watch or listen to.
It’s not a meditation app or a collection of wellness tips.

It’s a guided, 21-day process that helps your body attune and return to its innate wisdom.

Think of it as an at-home nervous system retreat — something you move through in small, doable steps each day.

A computer screen displaying a webpage with butterfly images, placed on a textured beige surface next to a beige mug.
Woman with short brown hair and glasses sitting on the wooden floor, looking at her phone, with a notebook and pen in her lap, against a wooden-paneled wall and sofa with cushions.
A man with curly dark hair and a mustache sitting cross-legged on a patterned rug in a minimalist room, meditating with eyes closed, wearing a white t-shirt and brown pants, surrounded by beige cushions and curtains, with a light gray wall in the background.

Over 21 days, you’ll learn how to:

  • Notice the signs of stress earlier

  • Shift out of overwhelm more quickly

  • Understand what your body is asking for

  • Feel grounded and safe again

  • Rest in a way that’s truly restorative

  • Move through your day with more clarity and ease

Not by forcing or controlling your body —
but by learning how to listen to it.

Attuning Into You teaches you the internal skill of tuning into your body’s cues so you can respond with more wisdom, presence, and resilience.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is for you if…

Your nervous system feels overloaded.

You feel on edge, tense, or easily overwhelmed — even by small things. Or maybe you feel the opposite: numb, checked out, or disconnected from yourself.

You’re tired, but real rest never seems to land. Your body holds tension you can’t seem to release, no matter what you do.

You’re done with surface-level solutions.

You’ve tried the apps.
You’ve read the books.
You’ve tried meditating, but your mind won’t settle — it just spirals.

You want something that actually works with your body, not against it.
Something that meets you where you are, instead of telling you where you “should” be.

You’re ready for deeper, steadier support.

You know something needs to shift — you can feel it.

You’re willing to show up, practice, and learn what your body has been trying to communicate.
You’re ready to stop overriding your signals and start attuning to them.

You want to enter next year from a regulated place.

Not stressed.
Not depleted.
Not repeating the same patterns.

You want to close this year with intention and begin the next one feeling more grounded, centered, and clear.

Whether you’re completely new to nervous system work or you’ve been practicing for years, this course meets you exactly where you are — in a way your body can understand and trust.

What Happens Across 21 Days

This isn't linear. Your nervous system doesn't reattune on a schedule. But there is a structure. A rhythm. A way this work unfolds.

WEEK 1: GROUNDWORK

Days 1-7: Creating the Foundation

Your nervous system needs to feel safe before it can shift.
The first week creates that safety. You'll set your intention. Establish daily rhythms that support regulation. Learn meditation basics. Begin to notice what your body is telling you.

What you're doing:

  • Setting intention for your 21 days

  • Establishing lifestyle rhythms (sleep, food, movement)

  • Removing dependencies to reassess what's actually serving you

  • Learning how to sit for meditation (with guided support)

  • Beginning to attune to your body's signals

What you're noticing:

This is harder than it looks. Or easier than you thought.
Your mind is busy. Or surprisingly quiet.
Your body starts talking to you and you're not sure you like what it's saying.

All of that is the work.

By day 7, you've created a container. Your nervous system is beginning to trust the process. You're showing up. That matters more than you know.

A woman practicing yoga in a seated twist pose in a minimalistic room with neutral tones, a decorative vase with dried pampas grass, and a framed artwork leaning against the wall.
A pixelated image of a perfume bottle with a round, orange body and a black cap, set against a background with orange and white sections.

WEEK 2: FINDING YOUR RHYTHM

Days 8-14: Recognition and Recalibration

Now the real work begins.

Your body starts showing you what's energy-giving and what's energy-draining. What creates regulation and what creates dysregulation. What you've been overriding and what you've been ignoring.

What you're practicing:

  • Daily meditation (24 minutes—one full life force revolution)

  • Yoga nidra for deep rest and integration

  • Breathwork to regulate your nervous system in real time

  • Noticing how your intuition speaks you when you stop forcing

  • Distinguishing between what your mind thinks you should do and what your body actually needs

What You’re Learning:

Your body has been speaking to you all along — through tension, exhaustion, tightness, intuition, and those quiet whispers you’ve brushed past.
Not because you didn’t care, but because life asked you to keep going.

You weren’t wrong for pushing through.
You were doing what you had to do.
But your body is asking for something different now — and that’s not a failure.
It’s information.
It’s guidance.

In this phase, you begin to recognize your early signals: the subtle shifts in energy, the tightening in your chest, the moment your breath shortens, the difference between what nourishes you and what drains you.

You start noticing dysregulation before it takes over.
You begin catching yourself in real time, rather than only after everything spirals.

This week is about recognition — seeing your patterns with clarity, meeting yourself without judgment, and beginning a relationship with your body where you actually hear its cues.

Once you see, you can’t unsee.
And that’s where real change begins.

WEEK 3: TUNING IN

Days 15-21: Integration and Embodiment

By week three, the practices aren't separate from your life anymore. They've become part of how you move through the world.

What's shifting:

  • You're breathing deeper without trying to

  • You're moving slower and it feels right

  • You're choosing differently because you're listening to your body

  • Rest actually feels restful

  • You notice space between stimulus and response

  • Your nervous system has reorganized itself around a new baseline

What you're experiencing: This isn't dramatic. It's subtle. But you feel it.

You don't react the same way to stress. You return to yourself faster. You can be present without forcing it. You trust your body's signals instead of questioning them.

By Day 21:

You won’t become someone new — but you may feel new, simply because the noise that once dimmed you begins to quiet, and who you truly are can come forward with more clarity.

You’ll start to understand the signals your body has been sending you — the shifts in energy, the tightening in your chest, the moment your mind begins to spiral, the early cues of overwhelm.

What once felt confusing or sudden will begin to make sense.

You’ll know how to support yourself when you start to drift out of balance — not by forcing your way through it, but by attuning to what your body is asking for.

You’ll trust your internal cues more.
You’ll hear them sooner.
You’ll know how to bring yourself back into steadiness and presence without abandoning yourself in the process.

Because your nervous system isn’t meant to stay in one perfect state.
It moves, shifts, contracts, expands — and yes, sometimes it gets stuck.
That isn’t a flaw.
It’s the nature of being alive.

These practices are here for all of it — the stuckness, the spiraling, the softening, the reorienting.

And with lifetime access, you can return to this work whenever you need a reset, a recalibration, or a moment of deeper clarity.
You’ll have a toolkit that supports you again and again — not to change who you are, but to help you return to yourself more fully each time.

What People Notice

A balanced stack of four different rocks placed on a white surface against a plain background.

“The course offered me the opportunity to become more aware of life giving sustainable forces that support me, and life draining forces that do not sustain me.”

This is what shifts.

You start recognizing what nourishes you versus what depletes you. What your body says yes to versus what it contracts around. What supports your nervous system versus what dysregulates it.

And once you see it, you can't unsee it. Everything changes from there.

Close-up of a hand touching the surface of calm water with the sunlight reflecting off it.

“This was a great course about exploring your inner self and the remarkable energy that surrounds and fills us.”

The practices guide you inward. Not to escape your life but to meet yourself more fully. To remember what your body has always known.

A mirror on grass reflects a blue sky with a small cloud and a flying bird.

“A different approach to self-reflection and thought process going forward. Very calming and well-informed.”

This isn't therapy. It's not coaching. It's not another wellness program.

It's a somatic practice. A body-based approach to nervous system regulation. And it changes how you relate to everything.

Dr. Alandi Stec DC - nervous system chiropractor serving Pleasant Hill and East Bay families

Dr. Alandi Stec, DC & Reiki Master

My work is nervous-system centered, gentle, intuitive, and deeply attuned. I listen to the body’s intelligence and partner with it — rather than overriding it. Everything I offer is grounded in presence, regulation, and creating the conditions where healing can naturally unfold.

I created Attuning Into You because I believe your body is your deepest compass — the nodal center that orients you to life. When you can hear its signals and trust its pace, you move through the world with more clarity, groundedness, and a sense of self that doesn’t waver with circumstances. This course helps you return to that inner center — the part of you that has always known the truth, even when the noise of life made it hard to access.

And I know the profound shift that happens when you finally learn to listen — the way old patterns soften, the way tension releases, the way your system reorganizes itself from the inside out.

My role in this course is simply to guide you back to yourself.

To help you create the internal conditions where your body can do what it’s always known how to do: soften, reorganize, and return to its own wisdom.

Attuning Into You was designed for this — a steady, supportive space to help you hear yourself again.

You Already Know

If you've read this far, something in you recognized this work.

Maybe it's the part of you that's tired of pushing through. Or the part that knows your body has wisdom you haven't been listening to. Or the part that's ready to feel different but doesn't know how to get there.

That part is right.

Your nervous system has been trying to tell you something. It's been signaling for a while now. And if you're here, reading these words, you're finally ready to listen.

This isn't about becoming someone different. It's about remembering who you've always been underneath the stress and overwhelm and survival patterns.

Your body knows how to heal. It just needs the conditions to do so.

This is your invitation to create those conditions.

21 days. Daily practices. Lifetime access.

Not to fix yourself. To attune to yourself.
